Black-Eyed Susan Catering has built a reputation on excellent food and service. We believe in using select quality ingredients, taking the time to make our products from scratch, and using seasonally fresh and local products.
We are born and bred Southerners, originally from Alabama, and have lived in the Asheville area for over 12 years. Consequently, we specialize in Upscale Southern Cuisine, or as one of our clients put it, “Screaming Southern”.
We’ve had a long time love affair with food. Brad has a degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management and has worked in the industry for 17 years. Cynthia has a degree in Horticulture with a focus on organic fruit & vegetables, as well as having grown up in a restaurant. We have many years experience in Hosting & Catering Weddings and Special Events. We would love to make your special occasion unforgettable.
We are also in the process of becoming a green certified catering company. It is something very important to us… We compost, recycle and use biodegradable packaging products. We also grow many herbs and will soon raise chickens.
